1. Do I need to pay for customs duty?

Buyers are responsible for customs taxes. Normally, we’ll declare the real price on the invoice/bill, if there have customs taxes, you should pay it. We won’t bear the any custom duty or import tax.

These charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost.

2.What is the warranty time?

All products sold by WISDOM TECHNO COMPANY LIMITED are covered by 12 months warranty time.

All products are tested well strictly before shipment.

3.What is the shipment method?

Large orders by AIR CARGO :3-4 days arrive

DHL:3-7 Days arrive
UPS:4-5 Days arrive
Fedex:4-5 Days arrive

TNT:4-5 Days arrive
EMS:10-20 Days arrive

Large orders by SEA :30 days to 60 days
Small parcel  post office service :20-30 Days arrive

4.How do we pay if order?

All products are quoted by EXW Terms.We will quote for you accordingly with your enquiry.

For small order qty. and samples—-100% T/T in advance.

Above 1000pcs—-30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% T/T should be paid before shipment;

5.How long is the lead time？

For small orders, ship in 1-2 days.
